D1 Training Tallahassee

We asked for an individualized speed and agility training for my son who is a 13 year old baseball player. We were paired with Jensen. After just a few sessions my son dropped 0.9 of a second off of his best 60 meter time. Jensen clearly has gotten him in a better place with his speed, and while not as measurable his agility seems better too. We love the workouts.

I had a wonderful experience at D1 Training while in town. The building is easy to access from I-10. The facility is impressive in both equipment and trainers. It is very clean and although I was intimidated at first, I was instantly greeted and made to feel welcome. I highly recommend Josh as an individual personal trainer and his classes are amazing (You will feel it, but the time passes so fast!). He was very motivating, I can't wait to go back!

This is a great place to get strong. I like that the workouts are a little different each time. The coaches are encouraging and knowledgeable. Great equipment and clean faculty!

My daughter has been loving her training sessions at D1! She’s made new friends and we are seeing growth and improvement in her sports as well. Her friends have shown interest as well, after hearing her talk about her experience. This was a great decision for her and we will be long-time customers.

Coach Fritz was not only extremely knowledgeable but also extremely personable. My 14-year-old son is a pitcher who’s rehabbing a shoulder injury and Coach Fritz has taken that into consideration with each interaction and workout. My son instantly bonded with Coach Fritz after just two sessions. He’s signed up for 12 Devo classes and he honestly looks forward to each one. Jensen is also fabulous and provided guidance on what program would be best for our son. I highly recommend D1 and their staff!
